Hanseatic design with attitude
Our rooms tell their own stories – leaving room for yours. Attitude
can be seen in the details: In old harbor timbers that have become tables. In ropes that carry stories of former
moorings. And in crane motifs, which you will not only find in KAI40, but also outside
on the quayside. Floor-to-ceiling pictures show Rostock as you can experience it outside – not
staged, but real.
The design does not follow a trend, but an idea: Nordic clarity, combined with
regional signature. Open, but not cool. Bright, but never empty. Every room, every corridor, every bar
