In deviation from the General Terms and Conditions, the following cancellation deadlines apply for each event
Tickets Ball Léger
Tickets can no longer be canceled free of charge.
Hotel room Ball

Rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
Brunch
up to 20 persons can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event
up to 10 persons can be canceled free of charge up to 2 weeks before the event
up to 5 persons can be canceled free of charge up to 1 week before the event
up to 2 persons can be canceled free of charge up to 1 day before the event
In the event of later cancellation or no-show, even for individual persons, 90% of the brunch ticket will be charged.
Christmas lunch
up to 20 people can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event
up to 10 people can be canceled free of charge up to 2 weeks before the event
up to 5 people can be canceled free of charge up to 1 week before the event
