By bike to Graal-Müritz
Distance: approx. 25 km
Start right outside the door: from ScanHotels City, the Baltic Sea cycle path leads along the Warnow, through the green coastal forest of the Rostock Heath to the Baltic Sea. In Graal-Müritz, a classic seaside spa with a beach, a pier and fresh sea air awaits you. A tour that combines city, nature and sea.
By bike to Kühlungsborn
Distance: approx. 31 km
The tour starts from ScanHotels City and heads west – along the Warnow, past the IGA Park and through quiet coastal sections to the seaside resort of Kühlungsborn. The route rewards you with green expanses, Baltic Sea air and small harbor towns such as Nienhagen or Heiligendamm. A promenade, beach and cafés with a view of the sea await you at the finish.
Circular route via Warnemünde and Hohe Düne
Distance: approx. 15 km
This cycle route takes you one time around Rostock. You start at the ScanHotels City. You cycle along the banks of the Warnow to Warnemünde. The full coastal feeling awaits you there: beach walk, lighthouse view and fish sandwich break included. Take the ferry across to Hohe Düne. From here, the return journey takes you through green coastal countryside, past forests, meadows and fields – and finally back to Rostock.
