Which event rooms are available?

Whether a company celebration, birthday or anniversary – we offer you twelve rooms of different sizes on the 1st and 7th floors. With sizes from 34 to 390 m², Warnow view or panoramic terrace, for up to 430 guests for the conference and 750 guests at the DINEaROUND.

How many guests can attend?

In total, we can host events for up to 750 people – depending on the room combination, seating and use. Our team will be happy to advise you on the right options for your group size and your event objective.

before you have to ask. We see ourselves as hosts – not just for you, but for every one of your guests.

What kind of events are possible?

We offer space and support for conferences, meetings, company celebrations as well as private events: weddings, birthdays or anniversaries. Our team will accompany you professionally from planning to implementation – for memories that last.

Do you work with service providers such as DJs or photographers?

We work together with professional partners from the region. We are happy to recommend suitable service providers such as DJs, photographers, florists or technicians that we can rely on.

What technical facilities are available?

Depending on the event, we can provide you with technical equipment, e.g. sound systems for DJs or speakers. We are happy to coordinate with you individually. Live music or external acts are generally possible, but can only be booked in consultation with us.

Can rooms be booked in addition to the event?

Naturally. We will be happy to reserve a room for you and your guests – so that everyone is close to the party and can relax in bed after a special evening.

How long can the party last?

Our offers are valid until 02.00 a.m. at the latest. The last round of drinks takes place 30 minutes before the end of the event.

How many people can book the party packages?

Our packages are bookable from 25 people. The prom package is available from 50 people. We will be happy to create a tailor-made offer to suit your group size, occasion and desired scope of service.

What is included in the room equipment?

We fully equip your rooms: Projector for presentations, films or picture slideshows, sound system, ClickShare, flipchart, adapter, presenter, pointer and more. And if something is missing: we are there – just ask us.

Are there parking facilities?

There is a public underground parking garage under the hotel (clearance height 1.90 m).
Further parking spaces are within walking distance.
